What is a VA?

A VA is a virtual office professional that provides excellent off site administrative support when you need it. VAs can specialize in different areas – some specialize in dictation, some in accounting/bookkeeping, some in web and graphics-based work as a few examples.

What does At Your Service Cincinnati specialize in?

We specialize in project management, customized e-mail marketing campaigns, survey creation and analysis, presentations, diagrams, large documents, web maintenance and design and off site administrative support. We also have a network of VAs who further specialize in accounting/bookkeeping, dictation, graphic design, photography and videography and legal support.

How can I get my work to you?

Clients submit work to us via e-mail, phone, fax, letter, ftp or by working collaboratively with us on our secure client extranet.

How do I communicate with you?

Clients may reach us by phone, toll-free number, mobile, facsimile, instant message (contact us for our screen names), video conference, e-mail, courier or US mail. You may also communicate with us via the secure extranet space we create for each client. Contact us for a log in.

How will I receive my completed work?

We utilize courier, overnight package, disk or CD, e-mail, US Mail, or upload onto our secure client extranet dependent upon the client’s needs.

How do you charge?

We charge by the hour. We have an hourly technical rate, an hourly VA rate and an hourly rate for project management. Retainer clients realize a savings off our hourly rates depending upon the number of hours they engage us for each month. We also offer an hourly rate for coaching and mentoring.

Do you have special rates or packages available?

Yes, we have various retainer packages available. Please contact us to inquire.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit cards through PayPal, as well as cash, check or money order.

What are your payment policies?

A 50% deposit and a signed Service Agreement is required before work can begin. The balance is due at the time of delivery of the work. Contact us for a complete copy of our policies.
